CORE VALUES OF KLB

The Bureaus activities and function will be driven by the following core values that espouse our organizational culture.

  • A strong commitment to superior customer service. Customer service excellence will be the basis of the competitive advantage for KLB.
  • Commitment to transparency and accountability in the leadership and management of KLB. The board and management will integrate good corporate governance at all levels of the organization. Transparency and accountability will generate staff commitment to organizational success and will be the basis of interaction between KLB, the customers, stakeholders and the society at large.
