Kenya Literature Bureau donated books to South Eastern Kenya University (SEKU) as part of its Imarisha Kimasomo campaign on 31st March 2015.

The book donation was on the sidelines of a talk and presentation of Utianiyo Mweu wa Mwiyai Yesu Kilisto a New Testament Kikamba Bible by Kenya Literature Bureau Board Member Prof. Jesse Mugambi and Author, Prof. John Mbiti. Speaking to studenta and staff of SEKU, Prof. Mbiti gave the audience a brief overview on the process it took to have his KiiKamba Bible published, thanking KLB for their efforts in seeing his dream come into fruition.

The books were presented to the Deputy Vice Chancellor- Administration Prof. Dickson Nyakiri by Prof. Mugambi. Togetehr With Prof. Nyakiri were Prof. Reuben Muasya the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Finance, Prof. Z. Ng’ang’a Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics and Student Affairs and the Dean of Students Dr. Eliud Mulli.

The Imarisha Kimasomo campaign by Kenya Literature Bureau has extended reach to public universities and their constituent colleges. It aims at providing an enabling environment for access to knowledge materials to pupils and students from around the country.
