Customer discounts to be reviewed |
The Kenya Literature Bureau will review customer discounts to increase their benefit levels. Mrs E.A. Obara, the Managing Director, said the company was studying the possibility of raising the discounts from the current range of between 25 and 30 per cent to between 30 and 35 per cent. Noting that the company was responding to customer requests, Mrs Obara said: "I wish to reassure you that we are looking into the situation with a view to reviewing our discounts upwards. Once the decision is made and ratified, we will promptly communicate it to you to enable you start enjoying the benefit immediately". The chief executive officer was delivering a keynote speech during the Kenya Booksellers Association Annual General Meeting (Nyanza Chapter) in Kisumu. Kenya Literature Bureau sponsored the event. She reassured the customers that the company would ensure they continued to enjoy trade concessions, such as the special discounts advanced to bulk customers at the end of every year. es you complete control over your site. |
